Becky Stephens, a licensed psychologist and licensed professional counselor, earned a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in the area of community counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor and a national certified counselor. Becky’s major interests are in executive assessment and development. She has dedicated much of her career to the study and application of research to leadership selection and assessment. This focus has led her to develop instruments that best measure and predict performance in the workplace.

Becky has worked as an independent consultant as well as project manager for Aon Consulting, and has provided services to a variety of businesses, in both the private and public sectors, including Fortune 100 companies.

Becky joined Cognova Consulting in 2000 as a Consulting Psychologist.
