Laura Hahn, a licensed associate professional counselor, is a graduate of INSEAD’s global executive leadership program, Challenge of Leadership, earned a master’s degree in professional counseling from Richmont Graduate University, and earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. She has extensive experience in manufacturing excellence and operational management. She is known for producing business results in manufacturing environments with constrained capital and human resources.

Before joining Cognova Consulting, Inc., Laura most recently served at the executive level of a private manufacturing firm with responsibilities as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role she designed and implemented a human resources strategy for the company, and she designed and launched performance management, talent building, and leadership development programs.

She is highly skilled at managing technically complex operations and brings a wealth of executive, operational, and coaching skills. Laura joined Cognova in 2005 and as a principal consultant, is well versed in applied assessment, leadership development and executive coaching.
